Hey we're RWJ, a rock band straight out of the ghetto of Eden, NY. Our sound jumps around alot as we like to incorporate different styles into our music: punk, jazz, classical, latin, techno, indie, metal, R&B, and many others. Yes, we're that good.Band/artist history
Singer/Guitarist/Bassist/Masseur Brian Bove is from Tijuana, Mexico. His frequent run-ins with the State Department are a major source of anger and the emotion that drives our music.
Drummer/Xylophonist/Singer/Eye Candy Jesse "Crabs" Crabtree was born fully grown three years ago. He plays drums like a god but needs some work on his speech, social and hygiene skills.
Singer/Guitarist/Bassist Earl Manning is the illegitimate son of a Finnish harpist and Celine Dion. His greatest contribution to the band is his free health care plan.
Infrequent Bassist Dave Brenner is currently in Texas inciting a slave uprising.
Distinguished guest singer/songwriter/walking masterpiece Matt Harris is currently working on a 62nd album entitled "Child Support?" featuring himself, Jesse, Earl and a wild deer named Patches.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes. Our most magical stage moment was the 2004 Eden Corn Fest, where we proceeded to completely blow a bunch of 12 year old girls out of the water for a $50 prize. They ask us every year to play at Thursday in the Square, but that place is a douchebag hangout.
Your musical influences
Anything from Zeppelin and Skynard to Unwritten Law to IMAROBOT and the Faint. Celine Dion is a big influence on our band, as is the late Rick James.What equipment do you use?
