Great fingerstyle and fingerpicking guitar solos "Con la Chitarra" which contains 14 audio tracks (7 great covers like exclusive guitar solo arrangement to "Nuovo Cinema Paradiso" or Blue Moon) or the Superpicking suite dedicated to Marcel Dadi who I knew during the three amazing conventions of Atkins Dadi guitar players association (1993/94/96) in Italy AND A ROM-TRACK WITH THE TABLATURES of the pieces in the cd!

In 2002 he plays opening acts for William Ackermann and Don Ross who has beautiful words for him. Then he comes out with his first CD Con la Chitarra a work which contains seven original compositions and seven covers (some played with his acoustic quartet) like Nuovo Cinema Paradiso for fingerstyle solo guitar and a special rom track with the tabs played in the cd: a new product in the field of acoustic guitar works.
In 2003 he begins a collaboration with the American folksinger Jacqueline Perkins and great italian guitarist Walter Lupi, and wins the first prize as best author/performer on acoustic guitar at the New sounds of acoustic music during the international guitar meeting in Sarzana Italy.
He is author of a Complete Fingerstyle Guitar Method on Fingercussion and Superpicking Style and writes articles for Guitar Club, Chitarre and other italian guitar magazines.
Called by Marcel Dadi the hope of the Adgpa and a talented guitarist by Franco Morone, Paolo now lives and works for the local University in Parma, in the north of Italy, alternating teaching activity with concerts and, a few times in springs, a fingerstyle busker practice

Ciao Paolo,finalmente musica che emoziona che crea atmosfera...amo la chitarra da molti anni e vedere cosa riesci fargli dire mi fa essere felice di essere un chitarrista?!e guarda che sono molto avaro nel fare complimenti madopo un periodo di leggera depressione ascltare per caso un tuo brano su internet'zigadeua'non so se è scritto giusto efarti venire voglia di nuovo di stare bene e di ricominciare a suonare ti assicuro non è poco e non è da tutti.Ti ringrazio,Paolo,per avermi risposto.e anche perche posso di nuovo pronunciare la frase/ma senti come c.... suona questo/in un mondo di velocisti blasonati stranieri occupati a fare scorribande e razzie di note su e giù per il manico!Dopo i ringraziamenti un paio di scuse per eventuali sbagli di forma e di calligrafia e concludo in attesa di buone notizie....Ciao Massimo

ho ricevuto da qualche giorno il tuo CD e prima di dargli un tale aggettivo
ho aspettato un pò di tempo,ascoltando e riascoltando i tuoi pezzi.Ma al di
là della fattezza tecnica che rimane comunque insuperabile,c'è qualcos'altro
che traspare dalla tua musica,cioè un calore e un carisma che difficilmente
ho riscontrato in tanti altri tuoi colleghi.
Una specie di sfrenata voglia di vivere,entusiastica e vigorosa,che rende le
tue composizioni attraenti e splendide.
Per questo sarei veramente felice di conoscerti,sperando di poterti
"carpire" un briciolo della tua personalità.

Ciao sono un ragazzo sardo della provincia di Cagliari. Innanzitutto complimenti per le tue qualità musicali. Vorrei sapere quando posso avere il piacere di vederti (o meglio sentirti) quì da noi. Diciamo che mi sto avvicinando sempre di più alla chitarra fingerstyle ed è bellissimo, eccitante pensare di stare davanti ad una platea di persone solamente con uno strumento acustico, con il vero piacere di suonare: diciamo che non è la stessa cosa di avere uno strumento elettrico tra le mani, sollevare il gain, pick-up alla tastiera e via, anche se mi dimentico qualche nota pazienza, tanto non si sente! Credo sia più rigoroso l'approccio ad uno strumento acustico anziche ad uno strumento elettrico: non trovi? Cosa consigli ad uno come me che vorrebbe emergere un giorno nel mondo fingerstyle? Suonare, suonare, suonare????
