Mirage means an optical illusion, anything that appears to be attainable but is not. And thats what the band plans for their music to be. Mirage’s music is not limited to any particular genre, as the band does not believe in restricting themselves to one. The band members unanimously agree to the fact that the genre or kind of music depends on the lyrical content. They always prefer playing live to lip sync. The songs vary from ballads to heavy metal. The band was formed when Saad met Hasan at high school; they did music together for one year with various vocalists, experimented a lot and then discovered the hidden talent of their friend Rehan. And so they started working on their own songs. From the local bands the band admires Junoon & Fuzon.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes, Obviously!! we play a lot of concerts and enjoy alot.. and there have been moments special to us where we have performed along side.. great bands such as KARAVAN, NOORI and a lot more acts.. Live Music reflects a musicians real capabilities and we prefer it!.. :)
