Corporal Salt'was released in June 2001. This album brings together songs which have a Beatlesque flavour. Corporal Salt is a deliberate pun of 'Sgt Pepper,' as I was (metaphorically) tipping my cap to the great influence 'The Beatles' had on me.Have you performed in front of an audience?Can't be arsed! The Gasman James sound is a studio creation and the 'Corporal Salt' CD is currently the best (and only) forum to hear the band at this time

Stumbled on you from a lookup on McCartney sounds like. Well maybe not McCartney but certainly Lennon.
I like you have/am being influenced by the fabs spell. Really like your vocals sounds so much like John. Corporal Salt? Fantastic. I have listened to about 4 of your songs and even YOKO as much as I am not a fan of hers. VERY Beatley sounds you have going on. I will be back from time to time. Have a good day James.
