Steven - microphone
Steven (Lead Vocals)- Hi there. My name is Steven, I'm 17 and just 2 weeks shy of graduating from the stranglehold of Clovis High. Originally, I didn't even start out in this band. I was simply the "little brother" to one of the original guitarist who just recently left the band for personal reasons. I was always at the practices and then one day was asked if I knew the lyrics to the song that they were doing. From that point I took over as the lead vocalist and haven't looked back since. A little about myself: I was born here in Fresno and lived here until I was 5 years old. When I was 5, I moved to Morro Bay where I stayed for 3 years. Once I was done with the coast thing I moved back to Fresno and have been here ever since. For the most part music has always been in my life. Whether it be what I listened to on the radio or being my band. I always imagined myself performing in front of people, so this has been a dream come true. I have to admit that I used to listen to rap and hip-hop, but that phase is over. And to further add, I admit that I once refused to listen to AFI because they were "punk". It was my brother who introduced me to eventually love everything that AFI was. Soon enough I knew all the words and sung them proudly. And if anyone out there doesn't know who AFI is, you need to check them out, you won't regret it. Anywho, thanks for visiting the page and feel free to contact me at NephilimofAFI@aol.com if you have any questions or are interested in us played for you. Thanks to all the loyal fans that are surely to come...
Matt - 6 strings
It started when i was 16....instead of getting a car like most kids would have, since i knew my family couldn't afford it i asked for an electric guitar. I got a memphis les paul rip off and a crate amp....which was amazing to me then, but now i look back on it and laugh. I founded the group in late 2003 i belive with myself on bass and vocals, alfredo on guitar and nathan on the other guitar. we never really went anywhere with that so it was just something for us to mess around with anyway. Then came the next incarnation. i had picked up a drum set for free from one of the gentlemen i worked with and our friend kevin asked us if he could join and we agreed....by this time nathan had left the band and adam had joined on bass...and i had moved over to lead guitar and vocals. we practiced in kevins loft for a while, but due to creative differances we split up yet again....by this time steven had become a lackey to the band and followed us wherever we went. we asked him one day to sing a song that i had a solo in, making it easier to play...i then decided to step down from vocals and concentrate solely on guitar. Kevin was let go from the band a mere 2 days before our first "show" which was a valentines day party at adams house steven said he knew a guy from the marching band named anthony....i asked him to see if he would be interested in a sit in session to try out. I was amazed by his sheer talent as i was by all of us. we played the show, and alfredo left soon after due to a lack of vision on our part. We are what you see now....4 guys, 2 barely out of their teenage years, doing the only thing we know how to do....play music
Adam - 4 strings
Hello, I am Adam and I play bass for the newly established, ever so cool, 3rd season. I am the oldest member of the band at the ripe ol' age of 20, so you can also call me grandpa jenkins, if you would like to see me cry. I started playing bass about 5 months ago and I am enjoying every second of it...minus the ridiculous costs of the equipment, (steven...where's my money?) I am a full time student at Fresno State and hope to start writing some songs for the group. I also hope that everyone enjoys our rinky-dink site, I know I do...bad tones rocks...and keep supporting us the way that you have been these last few weeks, very cool. If anyone wants to get a hold of me go ahead and do the email thing at trujillo6732@aol.com. Okay, adios have a good time see you soon.
Anthony - backbeat
Anthony(Tony)-Drums- Hello im Ant. I have been playing music since i was in the 5th grade. Believe it or not i too started out on trumpet....but yeah, that's when i didn't know any better. I soon found my one true passion and love....DRUMMING! From 6th grade going in to junior high I was planning on becoming a drummer. When i was little i used to live right next to Clovis High, and when ever the drum line practiced......there i was, pressing my chubby face to the fence thinking, " wow......i wish i could do that."And now here i am today. I have stuck with my drumming for going on 5 years now. I have been a part of the Clovis High Drumline for three years. But, it was just recently that i found this really cool group called 3rd Season. You know the more i think about it. The group found me. I had never played drum set in my life. But i had always wanted to be in a band, and there it was.....my chance to do something i love even to this day. I was adopted by the band 3rd Season. They are like family to me now. I'm the youngest out of the old farts. Im at the ripe age of 16. You know im getting alittle older, alittle wiser.....im starting to grow hair in these really weird places. Just kidding ....it's been there for a while. Sorry im getting of subject.Well this is me . I'm a short Mexican boy, who loves to drum . This looks to be a promising future for me. And i thank all the people who helped me along the way. MOM I LOVE YOU (tear)! i would also like to thank all the fans we have and the new bees who find their way here.If you would like to contact me please feel free to e-mail me at Season3Drummer@aol.com. Thanks again!Have you performed in front of an audience?we do play live. and anyone who says they dont like playing live is in the wrong business.
