They record in their home and play in their garage. Hoping to release a demo sometime in late 2005 or early 2006. They have their own home label called Sideshow Recordings but are willing to sign to an indie label and or a major label. Touring is a big thing for Absinthetic. Thnx for the post at our site. lol...those recordings were kinda rough. We did them in Sean's kitchen. For the drums we had a bass drum mike and an overhead mike, ran them through a vocal mixer, and then into a computer input. Everything else was plugged directly into Sean's computer through various heads (you'd have to email Sean for exact specifics)-we used a program called "N-Track Studio" that he got online for like $20. All things considered, the songs didn't turn out to badly. We are definatally looking forward to getting into the real studio on the 7th of this month though.
You know, if you have a CD already (it says you do on your main page anyways), download an MP3 ripper program-make sure the quality is at 128 KBPS-rip the tracks, and put em up.
Just do a google search for "freeware mp3 ripper". I'm sure you'll find something.
