Radio Chart quality song. I love the lyrics & melody. Very clean recording. This is a song that will stay in memory, caught myself singing some lines of it several times!

Thanks much Kevin! The guitar licks were played by one of the Acid Cowboys. Great band. ;-)

Hey Kevin, thanks much! That's one of the best compliments a guitar player could get.... Atkins, Django, Charlie Christian...timeless music.

Song: Django's Fandango
Jim, i don't know if i ever commented on this one before, but this is really showing great craftmanship! BTW: compliments from my wife too on this one, she liked it very much.

Thanks much Rudy. That means a lot coming from the guy who wrote two of my favorite songs on SoundClick! Yeah, that song was done with less than stellar equipment...except for the Les Paul. I'm doing a lot better in that regard lately...thankfully.

Thanks for coming by my site. I am sorry I didn't reply but I was far away from most of the perks of civilization; no internet and after trying to get that together for months I just blew it off until I ran across it again. Got a lot of recording done though.
Glad to hear some of your work again; interesting take on The Ghetto, all laconic and backed off striding. You're always different than everyone else and have that jazz undertaste which always composes my favorite listening music.

Liked In The Ghetto and Teary Eyes. Love the soul influence and sax. Keep it up. God bless. Please drop by my site and check out my brand new song if you have a chance. David.

Hey Jim,
Thanks for the positives on 'Jesus' and 'Face the Music.' You picked out two that I really like myslef. :D
'The Crooked Road' is a moody and interesting piece. (The vocals could stand to be higher, or I need new ears - one the other or both. :D) I really like the percussion sounds on that track.
Blessings,
Cam

Hi Jim,
I heard of your page from Kevin Wayne. Dropped by to see what sort of things you create. I'm listening to pensive. Ha! This reminds me of Charade or the Pink Panther. Cool tune. I'll listen to a few more. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Rudy, I really appreciate the kind words. I wish I could write one as powerful as your "Bombs 4 Dinner" and "Kids with Guns"!

Hi, Jaz, and thank you for your visit and appreciation of my oldtime swing. You know, I played this kind of music aleady in the 1950ies, when it was considered to be fairly "modern". I have listened to a selection of your songs and I´m really impressed by your simple and relaxed production. Especially liked your singing an vocal performance, that is so free from all stress and hurry. Just what the world needs today! I wish you all the best!

Thanks Kevin. They're all mine...mostly a one take improvisation with minor editing... except for the intro and outro which were courtesy of Sony's Acid loops.
