Acoustic Rock

Eleventhour is an “Alterna-pop-rock” band unafraid to be so completely itself with their music, and with the way they live their live. The music is unique, because it is great original ideas excellently executed, without being pretentious. Influences from across the board from “Simon and Garfunkel” to the “Red hot Chilli Peppers” Everly Bros. To Nirvana.” Great songs drive this band, along with amazing vocals, an incredible bass player, and an outstanding guitar player, a new drummer has recently been added that really completes the package. As far as image is concerned this band is rock and roll you don‘t need tattoos, it’s the attitude, from Chris Forry, the groups 21 year old frontman “It was easy to see he is a natural front man before he even took the stage... boyish good looks, a towering stature, a sly smile and un-ending energy. He played the class clown off stage mingling easily between friends and his family and blew everyone away onstage” Bleu, Starvox Magazine, to Brian Seeley, who has been playing bass for ten of his 21 years and has attended the Cornish school of arts in Seattle, mixed this in with an insatiable passion for music, and you have a player comparable to such greats as Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, or Flea. Jeremy the baby of the band, was pretty much born playing a guitar, his ideas on how to make pop-music be more interesting are so beautiful to listen to and his performances are so fun to be a part of. Eleventhour has been to the studio several times, so far their favorite producer has been Jon Plum of “Gin Blossoms,” ”Candlebox,” ”Alice in Chains,” and “Pearl Jam” fame. The experience that captivates “Eleventhour’s” fans however is their live show, where everything is put on the line for the sake of rock and roll.
Band/artist history
Eleventhour is a powerful original rock band comparable to bands such as Matchbox Twenty and Alice in chains, heavily influenced by Simon and Garfunkle and the Everly Brothers. Eleventhour began in the small town of Enumclaw when singer Christopher Forry began writing songs the first entitled “Fargone” (which the band still plays today), he began taking such songs as “Fargone”, “Blame”, “Misery”, and “Screamin” to local Brew pubs and Coffee houses in the summer of ’99, he even recorded an acoustic album at the Acoustic Chambers in Kent where he met Bassist Brian Seeley (he didn’t know it but three years later Brian would be joining as the groups bassist). The next member to join the group was Drummer Cody Tegner in the fall of 1999. Cody had been playing in a band in Portland, Or for two years with moderate local success he took a few months worth of drum lessons during his seventh and eighth grade years, then moved to Enumclaw and met Chris, they immediately were able to connect, Cody attended the Art Institute of Seattle for a year but wanted to devote more to time to his music and is taking a temporary hiatus from school, Cody fulfilled half of the rhythm section, Brian joined the band in 01’ after they’re former bassist quit Brian completed the rhythm section with his skilled playing, those skills had been honed over the years by playing in Numerous Jazz big bands, session playing on many professional albums one of which with noted producer Rick Parasher, most recognized for his work with bands such as Alice in chains, Pearl Jam and more recently NickelBack and Three Doors Down, Brian also attended Cornish School of the Arts, next to join was guitar player Jeremy Murray who had been in several bands and been working up his chops for six years, Currently Jeremy attends Shoreline Community College where he is enrolled in the Audio Digital Recording program. Eleventhour has recorded three demos and one acoustic album. The first recording venture with the band took place in Nanaimo, Canada at Pacific Island studios with Producer Rick Salt the recording process went very smoothly and the band walked out with their first three songs “Fargone”, “Whole Again”, and “Blame” a clear and concise vision of the bands artistic goals, their next album was recorded with Producer Jonathan Plum who is known for his work with Blind Melon and Candlebox, this time the band decided to record “Screamin’, “HeartBreak”, and “Too Sad to Cry”. Most recently Eleventhour has gone back in to the studio with Jon Plum to record their best work yet with songs “Oblivion”, “I Don’t Care”, “Addiction”, “If You See Me”, and “Remember When”, Eleventhour will continue to work at their ultimate goal of radio domination. Appearances: Reviews and kind words: Wayne’s Inn, Puyallup “Eventually the band took the stage and I must say, I've never Novos, Tacoma been this impressed with an alternative rock group.” Seeders, Enumclaw Blu, Starvox Music Zine Clifford’s, Bonney Lake Caruso’s, Maple Valley “At first I heard the slow intro and thought the guy had a nice voice, However, when he Jimmy Z’s, Everett and the band kicked into the chorus and pulled out all the stops, the hair on my arms stood The Royal Bear, Algona up. This is a very good sign! It is also the barometer which I use to sign up folks to the HS.” Cloud 9, Tacoma Mike V, Mp3.com Music Reveiwer Pards Place, Enumclaw Pacific Lutheran University Green River Community College, Auburn Their combination of vocals, acoustic and electric guitar [plus a strong Blue Yonder, Everett rhythm section] came together really well and there was something unique The Aladdin Casino and Hotel Las Vegas NV about what the group presented they need an opportunity for more people Tahoe Brewery Co.
