marcthebeat is a young drum & bass producer from Bournemouth in Dorset. marcthebeat has enjoyed success across a variety of different genres of the music industry for some years now, with accolades in styles as diverse as pop, rock and jazz. marcthebeat's focus is now firmly on drum & bass, and is in the process of developing an album as we write. Band/artist history
Solo artist, drummer and percussionist of sixteen years marcthebeat first started to produce six years ago whilst living in London, studying Music at Brunel University. Since then has worked as a session musician/producer on mainland Spain and Mallorca and returned back to Bournemouth just over two years ago to work on an album of his own material. marcthebeat has worked with some truly talented individuals from the music world, ranging from Kevin Mark Trail to Ryan Edwards and has recorded and produced in studios such as Soul II Soul, Metropolis and The Exchange.

'roche de mio' is ill. wicked, fat ass b-lines and nice choppy edits and samples. love the kinda old school vibe it has too. definitely a very full agressive sound. IMHO you could open up some sections and let it breathe more, but I guess you wanted it to be intense so its cool.
