This is a great funky piece. It really rocks. And I gotta hand it to Mike again, we worked to get the ending down.

Chameleon Chameleon
This piece is a jam piece that we put together in a rehearsal or two. It's been such a great crowd pleaser. It pleases the crowd and the band because its basically all improv.

Sing, Sing, Sing Sing, Sing, Sing
You should all recognize this tune...Chips Ahoy! commercials maybe? Well this is that song. It has a really great drum solo in it. Thanks again Mike.

Miss Mango Miss Mango
This is a Latin song from composer Victor Lopez. We always have a lot fun fun playin this upbeat piece.

Harlem Nocturne Harlem Nocturne
This is a great composition of latin and swing. It starts off as a basic latin song and goes into a swing section. There are som good solos here, such as Will, the trombone.
This is a jazz band. Jazz is much different than any other type of mainstream music, in fact this isn't mainstream at all.
Splash of Jazz contains 8 members.
A quick overview:
Alto Sax: Chris (Bob) Rando
Tenor Sax: Sean Riley
Trumpet: Nick Krafka
Trombone: Will Jones
Piano: Rachel MacKenzie
Bass: Dan Ehramjian
Drums: Evan Minichiello
Guitar: Sam Creager
Splash of Jazz has been together for a little over a year and a half now, except for Sean who joined the band May last year.
Splash of Jazz has gone through some rough times and some ecstatic times...out popularity has grown since our very first gig...we hope to play for a long time to come...keep the support coming and many thanks to everybody who has helped us along the way!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We only play live right now. We have a demo disc, but the quality is terrible. We play where we can get the gigs, we'll do just about anything. Playing with the band is amazing, we love it. One moment really stick out in my mind. That moment is DJ's Lounge. DJ's was so amazing, the crowd was lovin' it and we were lovin' it. That night we made over 200 dollars from tips. It was just great.
Your musical influences
We play a lot of jazz and blues. We have latin pieces and rock pieces. We also improv more than a lot of bands do which really increases the live experience because with improv you never hear the same thing twice.
Anything else?
Contact us for anything! We'll be glad to play for anything, we'll play weddings to birthday parties to sold out concerts at the Pavillion

Hey, been watching you guys go up and down the charts.... congrats on your #1 position today. Great work.
Listened to your music, it's great! You guys are good, and if you have the time listen to our high school jazz band! One suggestion: on Chameleon, have the drummer hit the snare on the "a" before beat 2. So it you're thinking 16th notes, it'll be: 1-e-an-"a"-2, instead of: 1-e-an-a-"2", this'll give it more of a funk feel instead of a rock feel, unless you're aiming for rock. Keep up the good work.
You spittin some hot fire herre. You gotz real talent. Ill come back and keep checkin for updatez.
Holla at yo boy,
