I listened to "The Fog" and almost wept, as usual. I've known Joshua Bley for many years now, although I don't see him often enough, due to those many states inbetween us. From the first time I heard him open his mouth & strum his guitar, I was in love. Not "in love" like I want to date him. :) But in love with this soul who makes you swoon with his easy pouring of his soul. In fact, I don't know another musician in our large circle that doesn't feel the same way about Josh & his music. He is simply incapable of writing anything that is not poetic & moving. His letters are works unto themselves! If there's one thing I'm sure of, it's that Josh is meant to write & share his music... however he chooses to do it. I promise you that he will be successful & his music will reach the hearts of the masses. If you knew him too, you'd understand why I say this. It's not a friendship thing, or anything else. It's just the way it is.
