Stand at Your Altar Stand at Your Altar
Newly recorded at Aerosol in Burlington; a quality recording of one of our best
Space Monster Space Monster
A ridiculous crowd favorite; this is a crazy surf influenced song about a...space monster.
Intro Intro
The intro to our demo CD. It'll prob'ly be the intro when we put out a real CD. We also open our live sets with it, and Scott introduces us.
American Way American Way
Rerecorded at Aerosol for great quality, this is a favorite song of the band. Kind of surf rock-ish. One of te songs me and Arron had done before Mercy and Scott joined.
Following Suit Following Suit
A crazy skacore song. Arron loved it when I came over his house and played it. We even have a video of it somewhere that he made for his art class. It's really a very creepy video.

The band started back in 2001. Near the end of the year, me (Matt) and Arron started playing together. I played guitar and sang, he played drums. We did a bunch of covers together at first, mostly punk. I played the parts, and he played whatever beat he felt like. After a little while, I started coming in with riffs that I had made up myself, or I'd just pull one out on the spot and we'd jam for awhile. The first two that stuck became American Way and Following Suit. In the summer of 2003, we picked up Mercy on bass and Scott singing. It was almost immediately decided that they were in, and we began making songs. In October of the same year, we played our first show, in Dave Issod's garage, with More Than An X and Held In Broken Arms. Since then, we've played several shows in south Jersey, and recorded a demo in my living room around the end of February 2004.Have you performed in front of an audience?Playing live is what it's all about. There's no greater feeling to playing music. So far, we've only played shows in south Jersey. We're on our way to getting some north Jersey shows, shows in VA, some in PA. It's all happenin' soon.
Your musical influences
Someone said our music is like garage rock with punk, ska, and new wave influences. I like that description. My main personal ones are The Clash and The Pixies. But I can't speak for all, we each have our own style.Anything else?
I hope the scene fucking dies.
