Band/artist history
SO, what's the story behind F-Star? Well it all started in the winter of 2002, when two bored teenagers started making songs, and decided to create a band, by the name of FUCKERS. Then they realised they pretty much sucked, so they decided to get a third member. Cue Chris Smith. At the same time these two young rising stars were writing songs and making music, somewhere a few miles away was an up and coming bassist, by the name of Christopher Paul Smith. However, confined to his bedroom, no other human ears would hear the sweet sound of Chris' bass. That was until two teeneagers going by the name of FUCKERS presented him with an opportunity he could not resist, and two became three. These boys practised and realised quickly that none of them had any singing talent whatsoever. Cue Dan Webster. A few miles away, there sat a boy in a chair, playing Playstation. This boy was then presented with a proposition. He found time to come to the practise of this band, in between fending of all the girls following him with a stick. And three became four. These four young child prodigies then realised that to actually have a chance of getting anywhere, they needed to change their name. They did this, and would come to be known as F-Star. F-Star's first practise as a quartet was in a waterlogged corregated steel shed in the biting february cold, and since then they have never looked back...
Have you performed in front of an audience?
