Band/artist history
Ry Forsythe and Matt Francis originally formed The Captain's Friends in September 2003 with drummer Adam Burrel. They wrote 5 quick songs before Ry had to leave for Ontario, he was gone for 2 months. Upon his return Adam left the band, and the aid of their friend Kirsten MacNeil was enlisted. Since then The Captain's Friends have been delivering a unique sound combining heavy punk influences, metal influenced drumming and groovy bass.
