Hardcore Rap

we are a shoutcore/metal/rap/more shouting/experimental/acoustic/more rap/some shouting/sad threesome from holbury, near southampton. we are a three piece, candy monkey - vocals, wise-ass shit-flick - vocals, beats, keybord, synths, and porn bucket, human beatbox, vocals, drums. we have a side project, which we produce, called MC Cheg, which you will hear of soon
Band/artist history
the DTITS legacy started in 1952, when two sets of brothers formed The Electro Wannabies. Performing under the names of Captain Commie, Hand-Made Spleen, Video Piss and Under-rated Hose, they met much acclaim, and released their first album, Eyebrow Piss, on June 13 1952 - A Friday! Unfortuantly superstision turned to reality as 3 of memebers were killed in a horrific slaughter, leaving only Spleen alive. This seemed the end for the Wannabies. Then in 1999 Spleen decided to hold a reunion tour, and realisning that he was the only one left, appointed P/B and W/S to tour with him. Half through the tour tragedy struck though. The still grieving memebers of the deceased families sued Spleen for using the Wannabies name, then two days after ther case was settled, Spleen dropped dead, leaving only P/B and W/S. The tour was quickly abandoned. Whilst on holiday, W/S felt very angry towards the families, and started to write in the sand, thus the name DTITS was met upon. He quickly phoned P/B, and they recruited C/M to form the most devasting trio the world had ever seen!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
yes, we wnt on tour with MC Cheg, our protegee as suport, it went down well, and we were even joined by jon and bradley from (the now sadley defunct S Club 7)unfortunatly that was out last tour for the forseeable future, as we are concentrating on making our recordings as pristine as they can be, and also on raising an adopted child between the three of us, its much like the film "three men and a baby" only less funny
Your musical influences
i come from the ghetto i wear bling, do you catch my drifto? thats a sample of our lyrics the art of shouting is a big influence on us, as is the ghetto lifestyle, and bling, you must always have bling, or alternativly, shout alot. yes are also a big influence, as we hope to stage some of our pieces to an elegant ice ballet. chikinki also are a big influence, a truly great band producing dance rock, we respect their cross genre apeal, much like the appeal we have
What equipment do you use?
a moog synthesizer, again a yes influence
Anything else?
we are trying to set up a fund and trust to save the whales, please give 2 pounds a month, or whatever you can.
