The North Eastern Allstars
The band is a collection of all the guys n girls I've been jamming with for years. The tour line-up will be comprised of whoever is available at the time. The tune's are all made up of the jams that happen in between the jams. So years of little pieces.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started as a goof but seems to be taking shape.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I'm a Hartford guy, cool for Jazz not so much for anything else original.
Your musical influences
Wow ... the list here is really long. I would say modern stuff I've been into the greyboy thing and Karl Denson. But going back I loved weather report, Young. Lotta guys go into my influences.
What equipment do you use?
I play through a 60's re-Issue Les Paul with p-90's stolen from an 80's custom. I also have a very nice Ibanez Prestige with a solid figured Ebony Body. My amp of Choice is a Lee Jackson Ampeg Vl1001, or the Marshal JCM 410.
