Life can sometimes pass you by... we all live in a fast paced world, so we wrote this tune while thinking about the thing that we chase most and that is just to be Happy.

Simple Days Simple Days

This tune tells the story of a lost love and how things aren't so simple since she left.

Acoustic Rock

Described by many as a folk/pop cross with influences such as John Mayer, Matchbox Twenty and James Taylor to name a few, the band is ready to take the stage. Enter: The Back Alley Project... Back Alley is Andy Valentine (Guitar, Vocals) and Jason Nadon (Vocals). The two came up with the idea of starting a songwriting team while being inspired as listening to their many musical influences. The result is two talented performers pouring out a piece of themselves into their songs. Their debut album intelligently titled "Songs For Sale", is currently in development and will be available in July 2007.
Band/artist history
The Project met in Y2K. At the time, neither of us was aware that the other had not only a strong interest in music, but a unique talent for creating and playing it as well. Over the course of time, we learned of our mutual interests and began collaborating on songs in 2002. Andy has played in numerous pop and rock bands since the age of 15. His most recognized work is with the band BVT, consisting of fellow members Ben Valentine and Dan Bickel. Recently, Andy discovered that Jason does not own Red Hot CHili Peppers' "Blood Sugar Sex Magik." In Andy's mind, this is ridiculous, and he now wonders whether or not Jason has ever liked music... Lack of musical interest aside... Jason has been singing since the age of 5. He began performing publicly in 1999.
