Silverball is a band that started in November of 2001, Which originally started with founding members Nick Linde and Jason Demers, Nick was coming off his release from the band Link, and his leaving of the band Negative Distortion, and Jason was finishing some minor drumming projects. Katie Berglof, a guitar player for 6 years joined shortly after and the first piece "Who I want to be" Was written. A song about the typical girlfriend who doesn't care was basically the basis for the lyrics. After going through several bass players, they finally found Cooper Cuddy who had just done work in the band The Army of In Between. The 4 piece looked for a pop-punk sound, and succeeded in the independent release of their debut album "It's all in your head". The band name 'Silverball' is derived from a broken pinball machine in Okoboji, Iowa. The story behind it is, Nick wanted to play it, it was broken, and the band was soon named after it. Katie then was released from the band in March of 2002 and the Trio continues to be a GREAT rock act.Have you performed in front of an audience?We [Silverball] play Live, We play in the Carroll and Omaha areas, We love to play live, and one time Jason threw a drumstick, it bounced off the wall and hit his crash cymbal to end a drum solo, it was pretty cool.

We use Crate/Fender Amps, Yamaha Live Sound, Ludwig Percussion, Ibanez guitars, and Samick BassesAnything else?
