We're not really a band, more of a group of people who rap as a by-product of extensive drinking...started off with a joke demo, which led to a more serious demo, and we're still rapping surprisingly...and no one has suffered alcohol poisoning yet either.
Now we're doing shows, now they say we're dope, now we're killin' flows with every rhyme that we compose...you know...Band/artist history
Started out by messing with some beats in our tiny little gas station booth between serving customers...then when the place got shutdown we migrated to the rap cave where we could drink freely and actually have a quality mic infront of us...more people kept showing up and jumping on the mic, and next thing we knew we had a full on rappist posse...released a demo at Breastfest to overwhelming success then that led to booking shows, after a rough night at Horrorshow and The Wolf, The Rappists slayed the next night with a solid 45min set.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yeah, we never thought we would but now we do, played a couple venues...Bright & Tight Night at The Wolf Bar being the highlight thus far...more to come.
Your musical influences
Well, booze, first and foremost....weed is a close second - no mastering would be done without it - and then obviously music influenced us...all genres and varieties.What equipment do you use?
Computer, Sonar Producer, Blue Yeti USB microphone, beer and weed.
And our mind grapes, of course.Anything else?
...it's got bass on it...
