Kelsi Emanuel
It's just me on a crappy, acoustic guitar, which I love with my life. And I play a mixture of folk, rock, emo, pop, punk.

The Canadian Song The Canadian Song
This song was written while improvising one night. It's just a joke, but I still like it, so I included it on the cd.

Sink In Sink In
This has got a pop/emo sound to it. It's nice and melodic, but very depressing.

My Best Friend My Best Friend
This song was recorded with an acoustic guitar and only took one take. I was recorded playing and singing at the same time. The results were great!
I'm just a teenage girl who plays guitar and sings. Nothing too abnormal.
Band/artist history
In June of 2000, when Kelsi was 13, she got a guitar and started taking lessons. Soon after she began writing songs and played in a few shows. Then in 2002, she went into the studio to record her demo cd, on which there were three original songs and one cover.
Last summer, Kelsi went back into the studio to record her first full length cd - Fork You! (for more information Click Here). It has 12 original songs, and is on sale now. Currently She is playing gigs around the area, and is still writing.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play live where ever I can get a gig. Such places are the Cubbyhole Coffeehouse and The Loft. It's a lot of fun. I love it!
