Blame it on Blondie is a Christian "pop-punk" band based out of Huntsville, Alabama. We don't force our beliefs on anybody, but we would feel like hypocrites if we didn't share the love of Jesus.Band/artist history
Blame it on Blondie started in 2002 as a side project for all of the members. We never intended it to become our full time band. But it did. We have played many many shows and we look forward to playing many more. We have had the privelege of playing with a lot of really cool bands.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play all the time in our hometown. It's always fun, we are getting support form a lot of the other locals, as well as bands from out of town. We appreciate everybody that has supported us.

Our biggest influences are probably MxPx, The Ataris, The Descendents, Dogwood, The Huntingtons, Slick Shoes, and others.What equipment do you use?

Like we said earlier, we are a Christian band. But that doesn't mean that we are "Bible thumpers", but we are very open about our beliefs. We share about Jesus at all of our shows. We aren't setting out to offend anyone. We are just doing what we felt that God has given us the opportunity to do. We don't set out to be a Christian band, we just write about life, but God is such a major part of our lives that he comes out in our music. We go through the same things that everybody does, like girl problems, life problems, just growing up. But we have a positive outlook on things. We still like to be idiots on and off stage. We just have fun. We are the same people all the time.
