Give Her Some Rest Give Her Some Rest
cool mix between classic rock and symphonic rock. It's about how mankind is destroying mother earth. No, we're not hippies!
Tell Me Tell Me
a mellow paino/acoustic guitar\vocals tune, spoiled by an electric guitar solo :-)
Project instigated by Han Uil (vocals, guitar) and Sander Zoer (drums).
Han Uil (born 08-08-76) first started his musical career as a lead-guitarist and main-composer in the grunge band Vertical Reality ('95-'97). Later on he joined the alterna band The Lounge ('97-'99) and currently he plays together with Sander in the progmetal band Antares.
Meanwhile he released two acoustic solo albums under the name Purple Shadow. On both these albums he profiled himself as a singer/songwriter.
In The Frigus Project, Han teamed up with talented musical friends resulting in the very diverse album Loomed Merriment. Musically the songs on this album vary from Folk Rock to Progressive Rock and Alternative to Fusion. Covering "not too happy" subjects, varying from war to abuse and society critical subjects.

"Give her some rest", is a slice of nirvana. Save mother earth. I agree. These songs are dynamic. You should rate me too. Check out my new track,"So what domestic".
"Give her some rest" - very nice - reminds me a little of a heavier Kansas, I think - well constructed!
Best regards
Tom
