Here's a cover we made of the song 'Purple Bottle' by Animal Collective. It's a great song and we played it our way. We tried to be really different from te original so we wouldn't just be copycats. Hope you like it!

For this song, I tried to combine music and poetry. Not by singing or rapping, just reading you the poem, which is made by Fernando Pessoa by the way.
Hi!
We're a band, or actually we're two people making music. We're not performing artists, at least not yet. So every once in a while we come together to make and record some music in our home studio, which is basically two microphones, some instruments and cubase 5.
We both have a lot of influences, we don't have one particular band that we love and pray to, we both have lots and lots of bands we love and listen to. In fact, a lot of bands we listen to don't influence this music at all (for instance, do you hear some sound of the Wu Tang Clan back in our music?)
The songs we have posted, three so far, are all recorded last summer. We made two more, but those two still have to be produced so they'll be online soon enough!Band/artist history
Not much, just two guys recording at home.Have you performed in front of an audience?We have both played live a lot, in the Netherlands, 'cause that's where we from. But not with this music, not yet.
Your musical influences
As I said before, too many to name them all.What equipment do you use?
For recording we use a shure SM mic and a MXL 2006 mic + a MXL Mic mate (works great actually!)
For producing and recording we use Cubase 5
For Keys I have a midi-Keyboard plugged-in to my computer
For guitar I Have a fender stratocaster, an Aria Pro II Vanguard (both electric), a morgan acoustic (steel strings) and an epiphone acoustic (steel strings), for my effects I use a boss me-70 and I use a Marshall Amplifier.
For Bass I use a Squier Jazz (but will buy a new one soon)
For drums I use a Pearl ELX with Zildjian A Custom cymbalsAnything else?
