'Doc and Angel' is title track from Doc Williams' first solo CD. Features guitarist Dave Gray and fiddler Jenny Gardner.
Having played in bluegrass, country, and rockabilly bands in the 70s and 80s, Doc moved to Scotland where he got his PhD. While teaching, he revived his musical career as a singer/songwriter. In 2000 he teamed up with fellow singer/songwriter Dave Gray to form Beenie's Hoose Music to promote and produce local music. Doc plays locally and released his first solo CD in 2003.Have you performed in front of an audience?I've played on the streets of Edinburgh and before the heads of state at the last Commonwealth Conference. My favourite place to play is at our local pub, The Allan Ramsay.
