This is good...I'm a sucker for ballads. Yeah, a corny love song, but hopefully, there are still many corny romantics still around who can appreciate songs like this. Me, well, got my rough edges, but guess I'm still a sap for the softer side. This one is excellent!

Hey Michael I wish you well and hope this finds you and your loved ones in good health.....I have just composed a couple of tracks on the difficult subject of the "holocaust" and wondered if you had time you could pop over and give some comments...I appreciate your critiques Take Care Andy @Hi Bryan Thank you very much for your kind words and prophetic statements which I wholeheartedly agree with. This should NEVER happen again but then again we must never forget either... So much so I have composed a third in the Holocaust trilogy "A Glorious Survival" which I have tried to portray the agonising stay one man endured from his arrival and apprehension to the wondeful euphoria he must have felt at being free and able to smell clean air again.......a truly Glorious Survival.... Take Care my friend Andy:)

Hi Michael, Good to read some new messages from you around SoundClick. Well, I have joined you in the Adult Contemporary chart which was formerly AAA. I will be on the Pop Charts only for the winter, skating, season. It is a small world and pictures sometimes need a 1,000 words to tell the story about them. On my new song Skating On Rideau Ice I posted a picture of my friend Linda skating on the Rideau Canal (in Ottawa) with me; for a picture to illustrate it. Tom Pirosok, for his song Dream (in the same Adult Contemporary chart), posted a picture of me and him in Old Montreal from the summer of 1987. On that little trip to Montreal in the summer of 1987 I stayed with Tom's X- girlfriend Kim (who is also named in my song as I skated on the Rideau Canal with her too) under condition that I not ask her to marry me. After Tom and I played a bit in Old Montreal and we took that picture we met up with my friend Linda who had moved back to Montreal and I asked her to marry me. This day wa

Hi Mike, It's me again, back to annoy you. This time though, it's to tell you of a venture I've been truly proud to be a part of. A short while ago, Dawn Sinclair sent me a lyric called "The Babes In The Wood" which I agreed to write the music for and record. The song tells the true story of two little girls, Nicola Fellows (10) and Karen Hadaway (9), who were murdered in a park near their home in Brighton, England, where Dawn comes from. All this happened over 20 years ago. A man was tried for the murders, but due lack of evidence, walked free only to later do the same to a seven year old girl. Miraculously, the seven year old survived and was able to pick him out in and ID. He was convicted of that, but now, 14 years later is applying for parole. No-one else has ever been charged with the murders of Nicola and Karen. Dawn has been in touch with the families, who said they were deeply moved by the song, and thanked us both. The song is now due to go on sale in the Bright

Hi Mike, This is Ron Gletherow, but I'm signing in under the band signature of Tom Orecchio (so you can get to his site easier). As you may or not know, Tom Orecchio is a good friend of mine from when I first came to America. Tom's a great musician and songwriter, who suffered the tragedy of a stroke a couple of years ago, leaving him partially paralysed and virtually blind at the age of 43. Obviously, Tom is no longer able to play music, or even sing (it affected his vocal chords also), and also has difficulty using a computer, hence the reason I run his Soundclick site for him. Between us we've been trying to recover lost recordings of him and his friends from around 10 years ago. We had some success, then hit a wall..........until recently when a new set of recordings were "unearthed". Three of these recordings, "Voices", "Island of Tanguaray" and "Hey You!!", I've just added to his site. I'd be really grateful if you'd take the time to go listen to them. "Voices" in parti

Hi Michael, Well, I am tired this weekend as I taught most all of my 1,283 students in 39 classes this week. The rest of this year looks busier. Are you still busy working nights for Cashbox Magazine? I posted a new Robert Jones song last weekend. It is from his 2nd book which was published in 1601. - The song is Ayre #XVI. My love is neither young nor old, and it really is on the old side. However it has not really been listened to much at all over the last 400 years so we may as well call it new music to everyone. Check it out if you have time, Trick T.

Hi Michael, Candy Kisses went on my Phreap's Station a while back and it seems both you and me are living busy lives so you need not get back to me on this one. I just took a while to write this news letter that says I have not been doing much and I hope you do not mind if I post it here where you are the first to get it but you may read it elsewhere. I hope. Yesterday I did a little housecleaning on my site; I rearranged my ezop's station, which I play daily and I changed my song ordered. I ended three of my recordings availability as free downloads; Now O Now, Annie Laurie (Take 1, synth mix), and The Ash Grove (Take 2, vocals). I also retired from the World General charts, on which 2 of those songs were on. So now only the first 7 of my songs are on Charts. I have been saying this year will be a quite one for me on SoundClick and in music but somehow I did a little recording, on January 5, 2007, at Ryuji's apartment in Yokohama with my little MD recorder. I had to get the b
