"When he was sent to the past, .dotGATSBY became something like a hero! He landed somewhere in 1987 with 1,000 pre- recorded songs from 2012, the know how to independently run a label and the heart to help change Hip-Hop, but, the only problem was .. .. He was a newborn child.
During 2009, at 22 years young, He released a pressed FIVE SONG PROMOTIONAL DISC, "Five JOINTS Volume One" which has received much acclaim (i.e. CARTER2CARTER.BLOGSPOT.COM & The single, "Ringtone RAPPER" even landed him a INTERVIEW w/ Def Jam's KP) Though only five songs, he aimed to brighten souls with songs about ring tone promotion, shoes getting stepped on in the club, bedroom romps, being the open mic king, and of course, money being the root of all evil! Definetly on his path to the day where he affects the world FOREVER! November 11th, 2011 .. Or 11-11-11!
This is the date where he dropped his FIRST Hip-Hop ALBUM, which I can not yet name, due to legal matters! All we know is that before that he hadn't released a mixtape from his independent label, "Social Sych Ink" that wasn't FREE! I love getting on stage and watching the mugs turn to smiles when the jam starts rocking and everyone feels my performance. My most memorbale though, would probably be a night @ "Lennys" in ATL.
There were three cord mics on stands on the stage for artists. I pick one up and start performing "Ringtone Rapper?" when the mic starts acting funny. I instantly picked up mic 2 in the middle of 3 and start spitting again, and that one, also stops working. I finished the show with mic 3 and loved the show!
