A rap/metal band started a label to put out there records in '99-2000. In 2001, tragedy struck as Noah was murdered. The band fell apart after that and Murray ended up in jail. Jay,now Rev. RoAch, kept the label name and started working with his old band,DiLuTeD, which lasted as long as the weed did.
