The core of SLIVERSUN is Tarn and Tim. In 2000, while attending an Audio Recording class at the University of Maine at Augusta, the seed was planted. Tarn invited Tim over to jamm and the dynamic duo began writing and composing. Tarn's rhythmic melodies unlocked Tim's haunting lyrics and SLIVERSUN was born. 2001 brought us "Rising" and two years later came "Eclipse". Despite the six year lay-off 2010 promises a new and exciting album from SLIVERSUN and a CD from Tim as well as a few surprise gigs.Have you performed in front of an audience?We are revamping our line up and jamming with local musians to find the group that will gel and fully embody the music in us. We are writing new material and look forward to playing out locally, as well as doing private parties. Friends and family often sit in on the jamms which are lighthearted and a lot of fun.
