I picked up the guitar when I was 12. My mom showed me a couple of chords and a style of finger picking. That lasted a couple of months. When I turned 15, I thought it would be cool to play guitar like my dad did even though I hardly knew him. So I slowly learned. and didn't join a long lasting band until I was 26. That was a great band. We never had a bad gig. We only lasted 3 years. But got together on and off over the years. I did some studio recording for another bands CD and sang 3 of the songs. I had a great. I had kids and eventually had to put everything on hold. Although I was still very dedicated to playing and practicing, it was in my basement and with my acoustic guitars. I still jam with different people. But I continue to write and record using Studio One 2 and some bass and drummer software.
Band/artist history
Although I've been in only 6 bands, the only one note worthy was Crossfire. We ppayed classic rock and blues.
Caddis Fly was a studio project that a talented Matt Voet had put together and produced. I had stuff going on and was unable to continue with future projects. I regret that!
