Articulate is a rising rapper and producer from Baltimore, Maryland. At the current time, he is a two time Test Bin winner on 88.9s Strictly Hip-Hop radio show for his creative beats. The Test Bin is a weekly competion where an instrumental is submitted by a local producer and callers vote live on air to decide weather the beat passes or it is thrown in the trash on air. Artic has also been featured on the shows Friday 4 Alarm Blaze as an emcee for his viscoious battle lyrics and firey delivery. Baltimore may be known for club music(and Articulate is nice at making Baltimore Club Mixes too), but Artics dark beats and complex lyrics will put B-More on the map for real hip-hop heads.
