Band/artist history
We have been playing together for just under 3 years, we used to go by the name North, and have released a few very limited demos. A more comprehensive history can be found at www.archaeon.ca
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We live, play, record and rehearse in Toronto, Canada. We've played around 11 shows in the last year, and many more are already scheduled.
Your musical influences
A small list of our absolute favourites: Morbid Angel, Death, Dissection, Borknagar, Opeth, Edge of Sanity, Amon Amarth, Emperor, In Flames Satyricon, Ulver, Bethlehem, Darkane, Behemoth, Naglfar, Old Man's Child, Mayhem, Sepultura, Obituary and Slayer.
What equipment do you use?
Guitar; don't ask Bass: 350w Hartke w/ Line6 bass pod pro into a 4/10 yorville and a 1/15 ampeg.
Drums are Pearl Export series - 3 rack toms, 2 floor toms, double kicks, 2 rides, 2 chinas, plus 10 crashes/splashes.

A video is now underway for archaeon... were going to edit a bunch of live footage, practice footage, and outdoor shots to an undecided studio song. Till Fjalls (guitarist of Archaeon) is now back home in Newfoundland shooting stills and video. Check back soon
