Born in 1989 in Boston's South End, Anna quickly learned that nothing in life is given, you have to work for it. Having a rough childhood, Anna turned to music as an escape; a way to filter her frustration and foster her creativity. She created her first song at the tender age of 13 alone in her room with just an H-Town cassette tape, a karoake machine and a Casio keyboard. That day 'Lil JoJo' was born.
