Mark, Phil and I met in Madison in 1978. We spent a lot of time recording in my basement studio in 1979 and created the first ABRS CD. We also were a live performing band. In 2006-2008, we reformed for fun a couple of days a year at Smart Studios in Madison, Wisconsin. We recorded the basic instrumentals for ABRS2 then. These were really one-offs, live recordings. I came in with progressions and basic ideas and we created the rest on the spot. Fifteen years later, after I retired from my regular job, I added keyboards, various other instruments and vocals. ABRS2 is the result.Have you performed in front of an audience?We used to perform live, but not anymore.
