An Automobile Accident is a solo project that I've been working on for a few years. It's an escape from being the drummer for the band I'm in, Electric Skull Expansion. The sound jumps around as well, since I can't decide what I want, ever.
Band/artist history
This solo project began as an actual band in 2000. After much bickering and moving on, the band, and it's later line-ups, dispersed. I continued on, since I find it easier to write songs alone than with other people. I've now been writing and compiling cheap demo versions of songs on my computer, using cheap "recording" equipment. (Ie. My computer with a mixing/recording program and some cheap mics.)
Have you performed in front of an audience?
A few years ago I did when I had a band to back up the songs, now they just sit on my computer. Someday, I'd like to geta band to do them.

Radiohead, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, REM, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Weezer, The Lemonheads, The Beatles, Nirvana, Mudhoney.
