American Smoke Productions is an upstart company straight out of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Made up of President Holland Hamilton, and CEO Nick Roger, created in 2009. We offer different options on beat purchasing and leasing.
LEASE A BEAT ($25)
For 25 dollars, you can use an ASP beat on mixtapes and demos. You will receive an MP3-file of the instrumental. This file will be delivered to you digitally. Leasing rights allow you to use the purchased beat for one commercial recording up to 2500 units. No radio uses or live performances allowed. You will receive a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the beat. You will have to give full credits to the producer. No tracking out service available. BUY A BEAT ($300+)
Exclusive License - Prices vary by beat. You will receive the instrumental tracked out in WAV-files along with a signed contract. You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes, except reselling the beat by itself. You will become the sole owner of the beat. The instrumental will be removed from our site.
