Altera is a new, danish producer on the urban music production scene. From lounged grooves to hard-hitting east- or westcoast inspired hip-hop. I draw inspirations from all over the place and try to convert it into my own expression.
Band/artist history
Starting as a rapper in Copenhagen, Denmark, I've had around 7 years of experience with the music business. It wasn't until recently, however, that I started with music production. As I got the opportunaty to release an album as a rapper, I co-produced the album as well. Inspired by that, I continued making the beats, loving the beats and now I've gone public with them.
I can easily make a living without the music, but I can't live without the music. It's the creative aspect that inspires me, so instead of only working with the people that has cash, I work only with people that are inspiring to work with.
Not saying my time isn't worth money, but if it's not inspiring to me, I'm not there at all.
Your musical influences
My inspirations are wide-spread. From producers as Scott Storch and Dre to Primo, Pete Rock and Embee... And of course, music in general, across all genres.

If you're a dope rapper and want a collab with me, holla. Just keep in mind that all collabs are done with deadlines that's expected to be kept. Lack of economy doesn't bother me, but dishonesty and biggotry does.
