History Alrado started back in 1980. It was then to Astronomy Course Planetarium began training the first of the group. But it took another three years before all those who are now parties to Alrado met together. In 1983, on the same course were Pavel Stroganov, Andrey Fesenko, Svitlana Grebenyuk, Sophia Kochetkova and Andrew Klimkovsky. Dmitry Gulyutin by this time he studied at the Moscow Aviation Technological Institute, but also in this period, joined the creative team, which, however, still do not even think about music, and engaged in practical astronomy - Observation and night expeditions, participated in astronomical Olympiads, manufacturing optical instruments and telescopes - that occupied the then future participants Alrado. And together with this space - painting, reading science fiction and writing their own, poetry, and long-dogie talk about the future of mankind and the conquest of vast expanses of space.
But it is all in one day mixed gave an unexpected result - the young people focused on the music and songs about space, and so strong that all the other passions on the backburner and friends decided to create a musical group.
Musically educated members of the group was a little - only Sophia Kochetkova was a musical education and Pavel Stroganov studied in the music studio, guitar. Others were content with a modest knowledge of music notation and simple chords. But that did not stop in the first few months of persistent effort to write some of his own works.
The first concert took place on 24 April 1984 and this date is now considered the birthday Alrado. But be sure to announce it the day the band was named differently. A few months before from somewhere appeared and flashed a bright word "Alrado", and before that, the band had several names - "Fomalhaut", "Voice of the galaxy ... All this somehow does not fit. But the proposed Sophia Kochetkova version of the group's name immediately fell to taste all its participants and is the main word in the works for years.
Then, back in 1984 it was assumed that the translation of Esperanto "Alrado" means "direct ray", but there was also another interpretation - at that time in the Moscow Planetarium had two primary Astronomy Course: "Altair" - a bright star of the constellation Aquila and "Dorado "- so called in Latin, the constellation Southern Fish. If you merge these two words, as these courses are merged into one average Astronomical course, where he later met the future members Alrado, then we get the name of the group.
In 1984-85, the unit successfully and regularly gave concerts in the starry hall of the Moscow Planetarium in numerous astronomical environments. The repertoire of the group largely attended by the song of space and lyrical direction. Blame those early songs belong to Andrey Fesenko, Svetlana and Dmitry Grebenyuk Gulyutinu. There were instrumental compositions. They were engaged Andrew Klimkovsky and Paul Stroganov. Sophia Kochetkova, who wrote two wonderful, but unfortunately now lost play, soon ceased to take part in the musical life Alrado and except for the first two, all the concerts of that era has passed without it.
There have been quite informal concerts Astroploschadke and it is now called, kvartirniki. From some even kept records on the old Soviet magazines. It should be noted that in the era of another affordable way to record their works was not, and because much of the works is not a recorded Alrado remained to this day, and a lot of songs and instrumentals lost.
In just two years like this completely informal creative activities Alradovtsy created a huge repertoire. It's hundreds of songs about stars, space heroes romantic universe of roads and dozens of instrumental compositions. But in 1986 the road the band began to diverge. By a period of maturation and adaptation to everyday adult life. Someone was waiting Institute, someone Army, family, work. Along with this grew and creative controversy, disagreement, desire to go to the music his own way and do everything their own way. So by 1987 Alrado disappeared. There were attempts to rename a group, the change of focus and change the composition. The main thing is that while the former members did not cease to create. But creativity is no longer a collective and everyone was already in itself.

In the mid-90's already grown a lot, which reached members Alrado several times to meet together and gave concerts. There was talk about the revival of the group, but the revival happened much later - in the middle of the first decade of the new century. In summer 2005, five veterans Alrado began to meet regularly in the studio of Andrey Klimkovsky and remember songs and music of the 80's, rehearsing, doing demos. But what seemed easy and fast in youth, now was slower and heavier. It was necessary not only to remember the music and words, but also to regain the mood, spirit, energy, having lived in each cell of the young Alradovtsa. This was the most important thing, and it was the hardest. But the friends did not retreat and withstood the test of time to continue the path that was started under the dome of the Moscow Planetarium in the distant 80's.
