A simple songwriter who likes to be loud. I cut out the middle-man by recording my own stuff. I'm guitar oriented though I play many instruments. I'm a Bass player by trade. I would like to find a few people to play live in the Long Beach area. I'm open to most genre's. I like the Reggae and Ska (Sublime type) crowd.Band/artist history

Your musical influences
(Sucking in big air) All guitar rock oriented bands from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. I like what I hear coming out of the Indie music radio stations. I don't like cookie cutter music like Linkin Park. I'd like to see art put back into music instead of marketing INSIDE the song by sounding like a previous hit (I call it 'riding the wave'). Johnny Cash, Alice Cooper, Bruce, Montrose, Hagar, Halen, Zeppelin, Reznor, Prince, John Mellincamp(who??) so on and so forth... these guys know what's good, there's too many to list.What equipment do you use?
Using Pro Tools 11 now on a Macbook Pro. I use a lot of software from Avid, Native Instruments, Waves, and I.K. Multimedia. I primarily use a Les Paul, Telecaster, Strat, and my vintage 450B Kramer Bass.Anything else?
