"I remember back when we were first starting out, like September 2004, I would always get all pumped up when it was time to climb up the ladder (literally) and get ready to perform "Promises & Love" Because on the opening scream I would always jump off and do a 180 or 360 spin as I shouted,"Today!". That was our old garage show days. We actually had the lyrics hanging up for the songs we were performing so me & Dougie wouldn't forget our lines. Looking back, I'm sure it was frustrating then, but Dougie had a hell of a time even seeing the lyrics because he couldn't wear his glasses while screaming & performing without them falling off hahaha.
