We formed in august of 2002, Craig had started playing guitar and spoke with guitar God Paul about trying to get a band together. They jammed with some songs and began searching for some victims to join them.
They came across a certain drummer, named Ross who lived nearby, he was with his own band, Lucida Clown, who split up soon after. Ross joined the AOS wagon. For a while the three of us played our music together, writing song after song.
After many adverts we then discovered a friendly bassist lived a few doors down. After trying to explain to his dad who we were, he joined us. For a while longer it was us four, during this time tons of songs were written, including the classic YellowSpoon!
We all began to progress greatly with our instruments, Alex, who we first thought was a quiet bassist became louder with each rehearsal.
Until one fateful day, a certain Steven Kennedy replied to an internet add to sing with us. We had tried many singers, so didn’t get our hopes up. We knew as soon as we met him we knew he was the man for the job. He fitted straight in. Two days after he joined we had a gig, which was extremely challenging, but we survived and continue to gig, each one more successful.
Which brings us to now, the future unknown, the past our own.
