The band is changing their name from After Shokk to Bar Flyz!
The band is a hard/heavy rock band and has been together since 1996.
Its members have a variety of musical influences.
Bar Flyz is currently seeking major and independent label interest.
They have recently won the AOL Best Unsigned Band Poll on the Internet and received an
excellent review in Metronome magazine.

In 1998, After Shokk replaced drummer Mike Sullivan from the CD (DEEP) with Vinny Galore. Vinny hails from Los Angeles, California and is well respected within the music industry for his solid and groove oriented drumming. He has greatly enhanced and solidified the drumming on the songs from the 'DEEP' CD.
After Shokk have written 10 new originals to date with Vinny on drums. These songs show the further development and maturity of After Shokk. After Shokk continues to offer the 'DEEP' CD to give some insight to their original music, but stresses that the new material is their best to date.
