I did the vocals and the guitaring for this song. The violin has been played by Raees Ahmed and on the Piano is Ali Mustafa.
I am a solo performer/ vocalist. I also play classical guitar and write and compose my own songs. I have had the opportunity to record a couple of songs at a studio. One of them which is called 'maa' is dedicated to my mother back home in Pakistan.
The other song 'Aankhein' is the story of a man who has lost everything and ponders over what the world is coming to and why people have changed the meaning of life.
Hopefully ill be composing new songs and uploading them once they are recorded.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes, playing live gives you a whole different feel. There is nothing like singing live for an audience who actually enjoy listening to classical oldies and even ghazals.
Your musical influences
I am an ardent fan of Kishore's and Rafi's. I have always been inspired by classical music, raagas and ghazals and i mostly listen to Jagjit Singh and Hariharan. Lately I have been listening to Fuzon and Ahmed Jehanzeb. I feel their music depicts a great deal of depth and emotion. Last but not least I am all praises for Sonu Nigam who is gifted with a talent not many posses.What equipment do you use?

Adil Ali, you have an awesome voice. So sexy, even when you sing about such a pure subject as your mother. I have no doubt that your actual presence is as intense as your voice.
