I run the Bookbinders Open Mic, as well as being involved in other musical things, and it's a fabulous supportive venue for first-timers and more seasoned performers.Have you performed in front of an audience?I tend to play open mic sessions rather than full gigs, I like the variety of that kind of event, and Oxford has heaps of venues to play in.

Usually an Ibanez acoustic electric, but I should acknowledge my trusty Fender which went round the world with me, in which John the guitarist in our band at the time drilled a hole to install a plug-in pick-up in Colombia in around 1995. For recordings I used Line 6 Backtrack, that's what I've used to record all of the artists at the Bookbinders Open Mic.Bookbinder 1
