I heard this via the top ten mp3s on JPFolks.com. Really fantastic! These are the only lyrics I've seen on these song writing forums that I've liked in quite a while. Jay

Song: Hope
Wow!Wendy, thats a good one. I hear a lot of emotion and a lot of loss. Somehow, I can relate. This is very nice and tight. I wish I had stopped by sooner. This is my only regret. Dannyk1

First off thanks for dropping by my music and listening, thanks for the cool comments about Rocky Road, I appreciate it! :) This is my fav song of yours, so far anyways! Melancholy song, I can relate :) Rich vocals, you've a great voice and tone! Again good lyrics, you have a wonderful way with words! I can hear this tune with a full band as I listen to it....really would sound hot with some harmonica, even mandolin with it as well. Has a classic Lucinda Williams style to it. Take care and keep on with the great songwriting! ~strummergurl~

Song: The Truth
Excellent lyrics, you really have a way with words! Lots of imagery in these deep words. Lovely voice, reminds me alot of Mazzy Star....great job! :) Think my fav line here that hits home for me is: "Dreams are unforgiving When they refuse to die " That means one thing in my world, and how well you said it! Keep on keepin on! ;) ~strummergurl~

Wendy, I thoroughly enjoyed this song. A very interesting take on Never Land...twenty five years on. And I liked the simple, somewhat melancholic rendition. Psyve
