Your musical influences
mostly southern rock bands...lynyrd skynyrd ..Allman brothers..also ..grew up liking steely dan and beatles and aerosmith and yes and ufo and etc. etc. .. later i liked journey and stevie ray vaughn now ...it's snow patrol and there's really just so many ..like i always say...it's more about the song than the bandWhat equipment do you use?
Korg X5D , Korg Triton Le , Fender telecaster and acoustic , Davison Beatles Bass , Yamaha DD55c Electronic drums , Samson condensor studio mike , Cakewalk 7xl Home studio , Line 6 w/ gearbox InterfaceI found a ;link to "Dollar to dime" on Big King's review page. I really liked the song. It has a really good live performance feel, like a small club feel. I would take Big King's comments on production values with a few grains of salt. Sure, you might be able to tweek the mix a little, but you don't want to over-produce it. Keep that raw feel. All comments (2)

Awsome song. I especially like the funky rythm. I even liked the little bit of zydeco influence you have going on here, and I don't usually like zydeco. Production values are great. Throw in a couple of female backing vocalists and this song would really kill. Makes me want to visit LA.
