Band/artist history
69 Sounds was found one year ago as electronic part of the reggae-band „PJuice“ to realise the music beneath the bands, they were playing in, without any muscial frontiers.
Started by DJ Plattitude and drummer Doesch, keyboarder Phil joined after a short period and completed the studio-team, in which the whole work from raw sampling and recording to final mastered tracks is done.
While Doesh and Plattitude are specialized in beats and sample-work, Phil takes part in songwriting and playing most of the instruments.
Mixed and mastered by Plattitude at their project-studio „Dorfplattz“, they finished nearly 50 tracks till today.
Most of their work can be considered as HipHopBeats, but there are all kind of Electro- and Pop-Tracks in their case as well.
First recording sessions with vocal-performs are done and will soon be available.
More release-and recording-plans are up to come in the nearer future.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
All of us definatly love to perform live, it's the greatest energy you can get.
But as we are a studioteam, we don't play live with this project. As we are all members of Reggaeband PJuice, you can find us on stage with it.
Moreover, Doesh is drummer for Punkband SEWAP and Plattitude acts as part of DJ-Team Les Cracheurs de Feu and Swinging 69 Soundsystem.
Your musical influences
Our influences are, with HipHop in centre, from Jazz to all kind of weird Electro-things and stuff like this
Beneath a lot of HipHop, you will find Reggae, Electro- and even Popsongs.
