31stDeedy, born DeNario Hicks July 11 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Originally from a neighborhood called Easy Town but was raised in another neighborhood called Ghost Town. At a very young age he learned the harsh and brutal ways of the ghetto streets, but fell in love with them. Losing his childhood role model at the young age of 11 to a shooting, he felt like he had nobody to turn to. His grades in school started to slip, his mother and him started to stop seeing each other eye-to-eye, and he never really had a father son bond with his father. He began to hang with the wrong crowd, lose intrest in sports, and even started smoking. Soon he stopped smoking and started to get his life back on track. At the age of 14, he moved back to his original neighborhood Easy Town, and started to affiliate himself with a better crowd. At the age of 16, he met a kid by the name of Darrien who was a rapper. Always being around Darrien and listening to his songs made him wanna start rapping. Already being influenced from rappers such as Lil Wayne, Soulja Slim, Tupac, Biggie, and many local rappers from his city, becoming a rapper was one of his dreams. So one day he asked Darrien to show him how to write a verse, and from there he began rapping. Later, Darrien, 3 other friends, and him formed a rap group called "S.O.E." when he was 18. The group began to create a buzz and a name for themselves throughout the city by performing at clubs, parties, and having their songs played on the radio. Shortly after, the group splitted up due to internal differences among each other. Left as a solo artist, he decided to continue to pursue his goal of becoming a rapper, continuing to write and record songs on his own. Although he did not graduate from highscool, he plans on getting his G.E.D. and furthuring his education. He has a daughter by the name of Rod'Nae, which is his first and only child. Even though he took a small break from the rap game, he continuosly did features here and there on many songs. Now as a solo artist, he is working on his first solo project, "Lend Me Yo Ear(Promo Disc)", which will feature all original tracks and many features. He has not lost sight of his dream due to all the obstacles and adversities he has faced along the course of his life. Instead, he continues with an ambition to make a name for himself in the rap game.
