Born Eugene T. Mays III, on November 3rd, 1981, in Bradenton, FL, GENO started rapping and producing at the age of 11.
Gifted with a rare talent, Geno has produced for most of the rappers in Manatee County, FL.
In 2003 he signed a contract as a producer for Pragmatic Entertainment. He produced eight tracks, and was featured on one track for the album of Slim "A Brick or a grammy" [Pragmatic Ent.] in 2004.
Geno received national exposure for his production in magazines such as Vibe, DownLow, etc.
He is currently in the process of being released from his Pragmatic Ent. contract.
His first official solo album "As Is..." [Original Records/Free Dem Records] will be released before the end of 2005.
GENO has been perfoming since the age of 15. He was an opening act for Bone Crusher (Sarasota, FL 2003), and for Chopper (Sarasota, FL 2003). He has also performed many times in Bradenton, Sarasota, St-Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, Gainsville, and Miami [FL], and in Fayetteville [NC].
