Zoot
So far , this collection is of comedy songs that I wrote to perform and add as spice to my solo performances to get a smile here and there . Many of these recordings have my friend Len Cohen accompanying me on his drums . Len was a good friend for 45 years and you will find other recordings of us in more serious moods but we did laugh a lot .
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Too long to start this bullshit..
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes , sometimes I do these ditties at parties . I don't drink or smoke at all and some of the material ,for instance"Mona Lisa Pass the Reefer" originally written by Lenny Bruce , were things I thought would sell at head shops and then they closed the head shops .
Your musical influences
Again ....see the above
What equipment do you use?
I wear protection at all times .
Anything else?
A laugh is worth another smile and it is all contagious. It's best to spray before sitting and playing these songs by the piano . It might be necessary to spray even if you listen to a few.Send me a note while these are up here and say hello . I probably will lose interest in this vehicle soon but "Soundclick" seems to be very generous with their space, so far , and my three band collections are still going . I am Bob Bruno , Superdreamer, and Zoot .
