Zoid Asteroid Machine

We don't really believe the story about this guy being a 500-year-old alien from the planet "Vulva." What he is, though, is one hell of a guitarist, singer, songwriter, and midi musician. We're not sure if he's been around the entire observable universe, but Zoid sure has been around the block a few times!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Zoid was the lead guitarist for Yancy Derringer, THE...VERS, theXpairOmentals, Connor & Zoid, and today, The Crash Test Tickles. He has also played solo hundreds of times. He has been featured on several LPs (one of which is still being pressed in Europe) and god-knows-how-many CDs.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Zoid currently lives in Wisconsin, USA, planet Earth, Sol solar system, Milky Way galaxy.
Your musical influences
Zoid's main influence seems to be classic rock, but don't be too surprised at anything else you might find within that matrix.
What equipment do you use?
Fender Hendrix Stratocaster, Epipnone Firebird VII, Steinberger P, Ovation '98 Collector, SRD Rockman XPR, Boss GT-6, '64 Fender Champ, '65 Deluxe Reverb, '76 Marshall 2100 tube combo, Boss Dr.5, Proteus 2000 (expanded), Digitech Vocalist II, Digidesign Mbox, Pro Tools, Opcode MusicShop, Bias Peak, Roxio Toast and Jam, Mac G4 TiBook, and the Xoxisyzer (phase-aligned).
Anything else?
His music is seriously fun, and very well done!
